BC 9020 (Violet, low Durometer)

Two component violet colored, flowable compound, cures at room temperature. High strength and high tear with good elongation. Features low viscosity, low durometer, and resistance to sulfur clays. Designed for the manufacture of flexible molds. Recommended for the use in repetitive production of intricate shapes cast from epoxy or urethane resins. Also used in the potting of electronic components and in protecting sensitive assemblies against thermal shock and vibration. Hardness Shore A: 20-25

BC 9040T (Clear, medium Durometer)

Clear, two-component, flowable compound, cures at room temperature or by application heat. Same great features as BC9020. Hardness Shore A: 35-40.

BC 9060 (Blue, high Durometer)

Blue colored, two-component, flowable compound, cures at room temperature or by application heat. Same great features as BC9020. Hardness Shore A: 60.

BC4544

A two part quickset filler paste which when properly cured exhibits unsurpassed carvability without dulling tools. It offers a 5-7 min. working time and is available in pine and mahogany colors. Ideal for engineering changes, filleting, repairs and buildups of foundry patterns and models.

BC4553 Styling (Tooling) Paste

A two component tooling paste that cures to a hard, strong, chip-resistant, tact-free state. It features excellent adhesion to many substances, good heat and chemical resistance and allows a working time of 5-7 minutes. Recommended for use on wood, SMC and FRP surfaces, edge filling honeycomb core and squash surface duplications. Available in ultra-white, gray, pine and mahogany colors.

BC4558 Filler Paste (Fire-retardant)

A unique two part quickset filler designed specifically for aircraft use in facilitating fast repairs to damaged metal surfaces (non-critical areas). For use in filling honeycomb core and foam core composite panels. Working time is 6-8 minutes. This product is considered self-extinguishing according to Flame Tests HLT-15 and F.A.R. 25.853.

BC4570G Hi-Heat Filler

A multi-purpose two part filler paste developed for making quick repairs to a variety of substrates where service temperature exceeds 200°F (93°C). It offers a 5-8 min. working time and is readily machineable within 25-30 mins. of cure. It exhibits good adhesion to SMC, FRP, hi-heat Epoxy molds, many metals, etc.

BC4575 Model Board Filler

A two part quick setting filler paste which is designed specifically for making changes or repairs to Model Boards MB 1000 and MB2000. Its light weight characteristic and tack free cure makes for ease of finishing with simple woodworking tools. Working time is 6-8 min. Available in pine and mahogany colors.

VYDAX SPRAY V-116

Dry, waxy mold release. Anti-stick and paintable. Ideal for use in a broad variety of applications, such as plastic injection molding. Rigid, semi-rigid and flexible parts release from molds easily, and fine surface detail is achieved. Vydax can safely be used with polystyrene, polypropylene, acrylics, nylon, epoxies, rubber, and plaster.

BC 83 Liquid Wax Parting/White

Excellent low viscosity, easy to use release agent for two component epoxy and polyurethane systems. Rigid, semi-rigid and flexible parts release from molds easily and fine surface detail is achieved. Advantages: easily applyable by hand with a clean cloth, brush or other suitable spray, suitable for most common mold surfaces, no mixing of materials necessary; minimal film thickness will give maximum results, polishes out smoothly for fine surface reproduction, unlimited shelf life, mild odor.

BC 84

PVA Parting/Green

Water/alcohol solution of water soluble, film forming materials. Recommended as a parting layer for separation between polyester or epoxy resins and various mold surfaces. Normally applied by spraying on the mold surface, dries at room temperature to form a smooth, very glossy film. Will not shrink or pull away from corners or curved surfaces. After drying of the resin the film parts easily from the mold and is readily dissolved from the molded parts with water.

BC 87 Urethane Parting/Yellow

Excellent low viscosity, easy to use release agent for two component polyurethane systems. Rigid, semi-rigid and flexible parts release from molds easily and fine surface detail is achieved. Advantages the same as BC84.
