BC5008-2 Epoxy Laminating/Clear

BC 5008-2 is a very low viscosity, modified, unfilled, room temperature curing, general purpose resin system. BC 5008-2 is a clear, amber, medium pot life material, with heat resistance to 175°F. It is also considered an excellent general purpose adhesive for in-shop use, and will function as a laminating system for horizontal surfaces.

BC5010 Epoxy Laminating/White

BC 5010 is a high quality, low viscosity room temperature curing laminating resin well suited for the production of a variety of dimensionally stable fiberglass tools. BC5010 features low odor and rapid "wet-out" with no vertical drain off. An excellent general purpose laminating resin to meet the tooling requirements for automotive, aircraft, and foundry.

BC5105 Heat Resistant Laminating/Clear

BC 5105 is a clear, unfilled, low viscosity laminating system. This heat resistant resin exhibits excellent wet out, reasonable working time and may be used at room temperature without post-curing. For use above 150°F a post-cure is required. BC 5105 can afford consistent use to 300°F if required. No VCHD or MDA present.

BC5114 Heat Resistant Laminating/Gray

BC 5114 is a gray low viscosity laminating system. This heat resistant resin exhibits excellent wet out, a 60-minute working time and may be used at room temperature without post-curing. For use above 150°F a post-cure is required. BC 5114 can afford consistent use to 300°F if required. No VCHD or MDA present.

BC6004 Epoxy Surface Coat/White

BC 6004 is a white thixotropic epoxy surface coat that has the ability to cure and bond to freshly poured wet plaster. This formulated resin compound can be applied with a brush or troweled to a thickness of 1/8" or less on vertical surfaces or over sharp radii without sag or fear of run-off. BC 6004 features moderate heat resistance and tracing hardness.

BC6005 Epoxy Surface Coat/White

BC 6005 is a snow white thixotropic epoxy resin designed specifically for quality reproduction of a variety of surfaces. A room temperature cure system that offers ample working time yet affords quick-tack for lamination. BC 6005 may be applied easily with a brush or troweled to a thickness of 1/8" or less on vertical surfaces or over sharp radii without sag or fear of run-off. When cured, this resin system provides a hard tough chip-resistant surface.

BC6060 Epoxy Surface Coat/Blue

BC 6060 is a blue epoxy, abrasion resistant surfacing resin. Commonly referred to as "die surface" material, this system may be applied by brush or if preferred, cast in thin sections to a maximum of 1/2". Recommended for dies, foundry pattern and core boxes, router, trim and inspection fixtures.

BC6126 Heat Resistant Surface Coat/Aluminum

BC 6126 is a gray, low toxicity, aluminum filled, epoxy surface coat. This thixotropic resin system provides excellent surface duplication along with vertical coverage to 1/16 inch thickness. This heat resistant system may be used at room temperature without post-curing. For use above 150°F a post-cure is required. BC 6126was engineered to replace VCHD and MDA systems while retaining excellent heat resistance. It is designed for consistent use up to 300°F.

BC6128 Hi-Heat Surface Coat/Black

BC 6128 is a black, non-staining, silicon carbide filled, "die surface" surfacing resin. This thixotropic resin system provides excellent surface duplication along with good vertical coverage. Extended mold life due to superior wear resistance and hardness are the major benefits derived from its use. This heat resistant system may be used at room temperature without post-curing. For use above 150°F a post-cure is required. BC 6128 can afford consistent use to 300°F if required.

BC7009-1 Epoxy Casting/Black

BC 7009-1, featuring a working time of 90 minutes, is an iron oxide filled, low-cost mass casting system. Thicknesses up to two inches in non-conductive molds, and four inches in conductive molds can be achieved without foaming or yielding excessive shrinkage. Ideal for stretch forms, patterns, dies, molds, duplications, prototypes, etc. Demoldable after 12 - 16 hrs.

BC7009-2 Epoxy Casting/Black

Slower version of the BC7009-1 affording the user a working time of 240 min. Recommended for use in casting a minimum of two inches and a maximum of six inches in non-conductive molds. Thicknesses to nine inches in metal or conductive-type molds can successfully be achieved as well. Same uses as BC7009-1. Demold time: 24-36 hrs.

BC7020 Epoxy Backfill System

BC 7020 is a light weight two component epoxy backfill system. The filler portion is pre-blended into the resin and hardener components for easier handling, thus simplifying the mixing process. BC 7020is ideally suited for foundry applications involving mold and core construction. Some of its features are: Low cost, simple mix ratio (1 to 1 by wt.), long pot life, Machineable, low shrinkage, color change to insure complete mix.

HPX-850 Epoxy Backfill System, Hi-Temp

HPX-850 is a light weight, heat resistant, two component epoxy backfill system. Like BC 7020, the filler portion is pre-blended into the resin and hardener components for easier handling, thus simplifying the mixing process. It features advantages such as low cost, long pot life, machineability, and low shrinkage andis ideally suited for numerous applications involving mold and core construction.

BC7069-1 Epoxy Casting/Aluminum

BC 7069-1 is an aluminum filled, room temperature epoxy mass casting resin. When properly cured, it provides nearly perfect reproduction, resulting in a dimensionally stable, hard, tough surface. For use in constructing duplicate models, prototypes, patterns, facing dies, etc. Castable to a thickness of 3/4" in non-conductive molds; 1 inch in metal molds without foaming or yielding excessive shrinkage. Casting thickness can be increased by incorporating aluminum needles, puffs or granules.

BC7069-2 Epoxy Casting/Aluminum

Slower version of the BC 7069-2. May be cast to a thickness of 4 inches in non-conductive molds and 5 inches in metal molds without foaming or yielding excessive shrinkage. The casting thickness can be increased by incorporating aluminum needles, puffs or granules.

BC7136 Heat Resistant Casting/Aluminum

Gray, low toxicity, aluminum filled, heat resistant epoxy casting resin. May be used at room temperature without post-curing. Working time: 85 min., and can be removed from the mold after allowing to set 24 hrs. at room temperature. May be cast to a thickness of 3/4 inch in non-conductive molds. This product was engineered to replace VCHD and MDA systems while retaining excellent heat resistance and low viscosity. Designed for consistent use up to 300°F.

BC7136-2 Heat Resistant Casting/Aluminum

Aluminum filled thick section casting system with heat resistance to 300°F. Slower version of the BC7136 which allows for a working time of 180 min. with a Demold time of 24 hrs at room temperature. May be cast to a thickness of 2 inches in non-conductive molds, 3 inches in conductive molds, and thicker sections with the addition of bulk fill.

BC7430 Heat Resistant Casting/Ceramic

Characterized by being a heat resistant, ceramic filled, thick section epoxy casting tooling system. This four component compound exhibits long working time of about 100 min. and yet may be demolded within 24 hours at room temperature (75°F). When properly cured, BC7430 displays excellent dimensional stability and superb heat dissipation properties. BC7430 was developed as an alternative to the higher cost aluminum filled epoxy casting systems.

BC5003 Epoxy Adhesive

BC 5003 is a medium viscosity, unfilled laminating system. It is a room temperature curing resin with a relatively short pot life of 14-15min. It will also serve as an excellent general purpose adhesive for in-shop use. Cure schedule @ 75°F: 6-8 hrs. Recommended for use in gluing up BCC's Model & Tooling Boards.

BC5200 Kwik Set Adhesive

BC 5200 is a medium viscosity fast gelling two part Epoxy Adhesive System. With an easy to use 1 to 1 mix ratio, BC5200 is considered an excellent general purpose adhesive for in-shop use. BC5200will bond to wood, concrete, select plastics, and most metal surfaces.
